The Relevance of Islamic Religiosity, Islamic Work Ethics, and Job Satisfaction of Employees in Islamic Financial Institutions in Gorontalo.

Abstract. This research analyses the influence of Islamic religiosity and work ethics on job satisfaction employees in Financial Institutions Gorontalo Indonesia. Using a questionnaire method, this had 137 as samples spreading 14 financial institutions Province. used multiple linear regression approach. Based data analysis, result showed that simultaneously variables affected employee’s satisfaction, whereas partial, only variable influenced satisfaction. Overall, have not yet found medium to explore their potential, thus expressions seemed be scriptural limited practices rituals.Keywords : Religiosity, Working Ethics, Job Satisfaction Abstrak. Relevansi Religiusitas Islam, Etika Kerja dan Kepuasan Pegawai Lembaga Keuangan Syariah di Gorontalo. Penelitian ini melihat pengaruh religiusitas Islam etika kerja terhadap kepuasan lembaga keuangan syariah Provinsi Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang diolah dengan menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda mengambil sampel sebanyak pegawai tersebar menyebutkan bahwa secara simultan variabel berpengaruh kerja, sedangkan parsial hanya islam memberi pada kerja. Secara menyeluruh belum memiliki wadah untuk mengeksplor potensi keberagamaan mereka sehinga ekspresi kebebasan masih terkesan kaku terbatas praktik ritualisme semata.Kata Kuci: islam,
